Last updated: October 28, 2026

Information we collect
When you apply
Our application form asks for your name, email, phone number (optional), Instagram handle (optional), age, height, goals, training experience, where and how often you can train, injuries or health conditions, and anything else you choose to tell us.
When you download a free guide
We collect your first name and email address, and whether you asked to receive tips and updates from us.
When you buy a digital product
Purchases like the Petite Macro Calculator are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and card information, and shares your name, email and purchase details with us. We never see your full card number. The details you type into the calculator (age, height, weight and goals) stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
When you book a call
Discovery calls are booked through Google Calendar. Google collects the name, email and any answers you enter when you book, and shares them with us.
When you become a client
To coach you, we collect information such as your body weight, body measurements, progress photos, food and habit tracking, workouts, check-in answers, and the messages you send us. Most of this is stored in the Trainerize coaching app.
When you pay
The program is paid in full before coaching starts. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We see that you paid and basic billing details, but we do not see or store your full card number.
Automatically
Like most websites, our host (Netlify) keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit.
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed, time on the site, device type, approximate location and whether a form was submitted. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Health information
Some of what you share with us is health information, such as your weight, measurements, injuries, health conditions, progress photos and eating habits. We treat it with extra care:
- We collect it only with your consent, when you choose to apply or become a client.
- We use it only to assess whether the program is right for you and to coach you.
- We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
- Only Ana and the service providers we use to run the program (listed below) can access it.
- You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.
The Petite Method is coaching, not medical care. Please talk to your doctor about any medical condition.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide together whether the program is a good fit
- To schedule and hold your discovery and kickoff calls
- To build, deliver and adjust your nutrition, training and habit plan
- To communicate with you about your coaching, appointments and payments
- To send you the free guide you requested
- To send occasional tips and updates about The Petite Method, only if you ticked the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies
- To keep our website and services working and secure
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the program, and only for that purpose:
- Netlify: hosts this website and receives application form submissions
- Google: Google Calendar for booking calls, Google Fonts for the website's fonts, and Google Analytics for website statistics (only if you accept cookies)
- Trainerize: the coaching app where your plan, check-ins, progress and messages are stored
- Stripe: to take and record payments
- Our email provider: to send and receive email
- Meta (Facebook): hosts our private client community. What you post there is visible to other members and is also covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Photos and testimonials
Your progress photos are private by default. We will only share your photos, results or words publicly, for example on this website or on Instagram, if you give us written permission first. You can ask us to remove them later and we will take them down from our own website and accounts.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics only runs if you click Accept. If you click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it does not load. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again on every page. The booking calendar on our thank-you page is provided by Google and may use Google's own cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
- Applications from people who don't become clients: deleted within 12 months.
- Free guide sign-ups: if you asked for updates, kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; otherwise deleted within 12 months.
- Website analytics: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Client coaching records (including health information and photos): kept while you are a client and for up to 2 years after, so we can support you if you return, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Payment and tax records: kept as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers with their own security protections, limit access to your information, and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No online system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for any purpose that relies on your consent, including marketing emails
Depending on where you live (for example in California and other US states with privacy laws, or the UK and European Union), you may have additional rights, such as limiting how sensitive information is used, objecting to certain uses, or complaining to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
To make a request, email anarivas@unfittedtofit.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires (generally 30 to 45 days).
If you're outside the United States
Unfittedtofit LLC is based in the United States. If you join from another country, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
Age requirement
The Petite Method is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also let current clients know by email.
