These terms apply to your use of The Petite Method website and to anyone who applies for or buys The Petite Method coaching. The website and program are run by Unfittedtofit LLC ("we," "us," "our"), owned by Ana Rivas. By using the site or applying, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the site and program

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or buy coaching. By applying, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete, including your health information.

Coaching services

The Petite Method is a 16-week online 1:1 nutrition, training and habit coaching program. Coaching is delivered through online calls, the Trainerize app, weekly check-ins, messaging support Monday to Friday, and a private online community.

Before coaching starts, clients sign a separate Client Coaching Agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Applying does not guarantee a spot. We may decline any application, for example if the program isn't a safe or good fit for you.

Not medical advice

Our coaching and website content are for general education and coaching only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our Health Disclaimer before starting any nutrition or exercise program.

Payment and refunds

The program is paid in full before your kickoff call. Our Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product, like the Petite Macro Calculator, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. Please don't share your access link or resell the tool. Results are general estimates, not medical advice. Digital purchases are final, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Our content

Everything we create for the website and program belongs to Unfittedtofit LLC. That includes text, lessons, workouts, templates, guides, photos, graphics and The Petite Method name and logo. You may use program materials for your own personal use while you are a client and afterward. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or teach them to others without our written permission.

Using the site and community

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, sending spam or harmful code, or submitting someone else's information. In our private community, be respectful, keep other members' information and photos private, and don't sell or promote products. We may remove anyone from the community who doesn't follow these rules.

Results and testimonials

Results shown on our website and social media belong to real people who gave us permission to share them. They are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your starting point, health, consistency and many other factors.

Other websites and services

Our site links to and uses services run by other companies, such as Google Calendar, Trainerize, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or how they work, and their own terms apply.

Limits on our responsibility

The website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Unfittedtofit LLC and Ana Rivas are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the website or program. Our total responsibility for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

You agree to take responsibility for your own health decisions and to check with a doctor before starting, as described in our Health Disclaimer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
